newpollution

multidisciplinary design practice

A playful experiment for a more human time telling (in contrast to typical digital clocks). This clock relies upon using the more general language we use in everyday-speech rather than the digits.

The colours are generated dynamically by using values from the current seconds, minutes and hour (as a result the colours will change over time).

The project was originally coded in AS3 February 2011 and then updated in 2021 to P5JS. This version was created October 2024.
