Nottingham Emmanuel School, asked Jonny Norridge to produce a one off piece of artwork for their reception area. After a couple of days sketching on location, Jonny spent some time in his studio creating a concept that would fit with the interior architecture and add a new dimension to the space. The proposal was a typographic work made of brushed steel, using words and letterforms found in the school’s mission statement.
Thanks to the schools current contact with with the company Fusional – we were able to use their skills in sourcing, fabrication and fitting. The artwork was unveiled 19th March 2013.
